Here’s how it works:

1.  Decide your meal format:

• Fully catered – 40 people or more. We bring the food to your chosen location, set up the buffet line and stay during the meal service to monitor, refresh and replenish the buffet line. With this option, our staff could also serve your guests as they come through the line if you wish.
• Drop Off and Set Up – 25 people or more. We deliver your chosen menu hot and ready to serve, set up the buffet line and then leave you to enjoy your meal.
• Pickup Meal – 10 people or more. We’ll have your meal ready for pickup from our store on your chosen date and time. The meal can be picked up hot and ready to serve or cold with full heating instructions.
• Do It Yourself Whole Hog – Pick up a whole marinated hog or the meat of your choice and one of Danny’s specially designed stainless steel barbeques and you can do the rest yourself!  We also have a few delicious sides available.

2.  Choose your menu 

We’ve got it all – the menu can be customized to suit your specific needs.  Our pulled pork, pulled turkey, pulled chicken and most barbeque sauces are gluten-free.  We even have a couple vegetarian options.  We can even provide the Whole Hog experience – you may carve it yourself, or arrange for our staff to carve it on-site for you (fee applies).
