We offer 3 different services for our meals. #1 - Drop Off and Set Up, 25ppl or more. We deliver your chosen menu hot and ready to serve, set it up on your buffet line and then leave you to enjoy your meal. #2 - Full Catered Meal, 40ppl or more. We bring the food to your chosen location, set up the buffet line and stay during the meal service to monitor, refresh and replenish the buffet line. With this option our staff could also serve your guests as they come through the buffet line if you wish. (an additional fee would apply) At this time, we are unable to offer table service or family style dining. #3 – Pick Up Meal, 10ppl or more. We arrange to have your meal ready to go for you on your chosen pickup date and time. The meal can be picked up hot and ready to serve or cold to reheat later with full heating instructions.
Our staff will arrive approximately 30-45 minutes before your requested eating time. This time is also dependent on the weather, number of guests and service requested.
Typically, our caterings run a standard of an hour to an hour and a half. If you require our staff to be onsite for a little longer, please inform us at the time of booking.
Unfortunately we are not able to provide tables or linens.
We are not able to offer coffee and tea but are able to put you in contact with someone who can provide this service if needed. We do offer soft drinks and bottled water as an additional cost option.
All of our caterings are based on a self-serve buffet style, and as such we do not serve tables. Our caterers will set up the buffet, and will be onsite while your guests are going through making sure that everything is fresh, stocked and clean. Once everyone is happily fed we will pack and clean up the buffet.
Yes, we do! We supply disposable cutlery, durable plates, napkins and serving utensils where applicable.
Both 7% Provincial Sales Tax and 5% GST are applicable to all catered, deliveredand pickup meals.
There are no gratuities added to invoices. However, gratuities for our staff would be very much appreciated. Exception: For Sunday and Holiday events there is an automatic 10% gratuity added to the final invoice.
We will be contacting you a week before your event to confirm all the details with you including guest numbers, menu and day of contact information.
Yes, we charge a round trip mileage fee from our location near Stonewall to wherever you are hosting your event. This is based on an approximate 60 cents/km.
Yes, we will do our best to accommodate any allergies the best we can. Quite a lot of our menu is gluten free and nut free and all of our proteins are nut free and dairy free. However, we are not a nut or dairy free facility and whilst we take every precaution to limit this, there is a chance of cross contamination especially with products that are not made at our location. Please ask when booking if you have specific dietary requirements.
We prepare all your delicious food at our facility before your event and deliver it piping hot and ready to eat with exception of the Steak which is grilled onsite. The steak is only available with Full Catered Meals.
Our desserts are an assortment of Nanaimo Bars, Carrot Cake, Butter Tart Squares, and Brownie Squares. We also have a Cheesecake option in a variety of flavours and a really delicious Deluxe Chocolate Cake!
The mixed vegetables are an assortment of orange carrots, yellow carrots, green beans and wax beans.
