We offer 3 different services for our meals. I. Drop Off and Set Up, 25ppl or more. We deliver your chosen menu hot and ready to serve, set up the buffet line and then leave you to enjoy your meal. II. Full Catered Meal, 40ppl or more. We bring the food to your chosen location, set up the buffet line and stay during the meal service to monitor and replenish the buffet line. A fee would apply of $150 for each staff member needed onsite. WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER BUFFET SERVICE, TABLE SERVICE OR FAMILY STYLE DINING. III. Pickup Meal, 15ppl or more. We'll have your meal ready for pickup from our store on your chosen date and time. The meal can be picked up hot and ready to serve or cold with full heating instructions.
Our staff will arrive approximately 30-45 minutes before your mealtime for a Fully Catered event and 15-30 minutes for a Drop Off & Set Up meal. NOTE: The arrival time is not exact due to many variables. If you require a specific arrival time, please advise us at the time of booking.
Typically, our caterings run a standard of an hour to an hour and a half. If you require our staff to be onsite longer, please inform us at the time of booking (an additional fee may apply).
All our meals include Buns, BBQ sauces and any condiments (sour cream, Caesar dressing etc). Disposable plates, cutlery & serving utensils are also included with Catered/Drop Off Meals. PLEASE NOTE: Plates and cutlery are no longer included with Pickup Meals, but are available by request.
Unfortunately, we do not provide linens or tables. Our buffet line typically requires x2 8-foot tables.
We prepare all your delicious food at our facility before your event and transport it to your chosen location hot and ready to serve.
We are not able to provide tea and coffee but we do offer soft drinks and bottled water as an alternative option.
We have a delicious Deluxe Chocolate Cake, Strawberry Shortcake, Fresh Donuts and an Assorted Dainty Tray. Gluten-free options are also available.
The mixed vegetables are an assortment of orange carrots, yellow carrots, green beans and wax beans.
Yes, we do our best to accommodate any allergies. A lot of our menu is gluten free and nut free and all our proteins are nut and dairy free. We are not, however, a gluten free, nut free or dairy free facility. While we take every possible precaution to limit this, there is a chance of cross contamination. Please ask when booking if you have specific dietary requirements.
We do! We can offer a Garden Veggie Burger or our NEW BBQ Pulled Jack Fruit. Both are vegan/vegetarian friendly. These items must be pre-ordered so please request this at the time of booking.
We will contact you in the week before your event to confirm all the details with you including guest numbers, menu and ‘day of’ contact information.
Both GST and PST are applicable on all catered, delivered and pickup meals.
Yes, we charge a round trip mileage fee from our location to wherever you are hosting your event. The total mileage fee is based on approximately $0.70/km.
Yes, there is a 12% gratuity added to all Catered meals and 7% for all Drop Off & Set Up meals.
No! No deposit is required. We just ask that the invoice be paid in full by the day of the event at the latest.
